About 999a – Our Story, Mission & Values

The Story Behind 999a

999a was founded with a single, clear goal: to give Bangladeshi players a world-class online betting experience without the barriers that have historically kept them away. For years, cricket fans in Dhaka and Chittagong had to rely on unreliable offshore platforms with slow payouts, no local payment options, and zero customer service in a language they understood. 999a was built to change all of that.

From its earliest days, 999a has prioritised the Bangladeshi punter above all else. The platform supports instant deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — payment channels that millions of Bangladeshis already use daily. The game library spans live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, a deep catalogue of slots from Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, exciting crash games, and of course comprehensive cricket betting covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and every Bangladesh Tigers international match.

At 999a, we believe that great betting should not be complicated. Our platform is designed around the real habits of Bangladeshi players: mobile-first browsing on Android and iOS, deposits via the mobile wallets people already trust, and customer support that speaks your language and understands your needs.

We serve players from every major city and division in Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Whether you are a lifelong cricket fan placing your first bet on a Bangladesh Tigers match or a seasoned casino player looking for the latest live dealer tables, 999a has been designed with you in mind.

Why Choose 999a?

Our Core Values

Everything we build at 999a is guided by four principles that we believe every player deserves from their betting platform.

• ⚖️
Fairness Our games use certified random number generators (RNG) to guarantee that every outcome is entirely unpredictable and fair for all players.
• 🤝
Transparency Clear terms, honest odds, and straightforward bonus conditions. We do not hide fees or bury wagering requirements in fine print.
• 🛡️
Security Bank-grade SSL encryption and strict KYC procedures protect your funds and personal data at every step.
• 🚀
Innovation We constantly upgrade our platform — new games, faster payments, and smarter features — so 999a stays ahead of the curve for Bangladeshi players.

Built for Bangladesh

999a is not a generic international platform that has been loosely localised for Bangladesh. It was designed from the ground up for Bangladeshi players, with local context baked into every decision. From the moment you land on 999a, you will find payment options you recognise, a game selection tailored to local tastes, and promotions that align with the events Bangladeshis care about most — Pohela Boishakh, Eid celebrations, BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup.

We understand that mobile data costs matter. Our platform is optimised to load quickly on 4G and even 3G connections across all divisions, ensuring that players in Rangpur, Barisal, and Mymensingh get the same quality experience as those in Dhaka.

Our customer support team is available around the clock at [email protected] to assist with account questions, deposit issues, withdrawal requests, and anything else you need. We speak your language and we understand the local context — because we are part of the same community.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

999a is strictly a platform for adults. Players must be 21 years or older to register and play. We take responsible gaming seriously and provide tools that empower players to stay in control of their activity, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options.

If you ever feel that gambling is affecting your daily life, finances, or relationships, we encourage you to visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and support resources. Playing should always be a form of entertainment, never a financial strategy.
