1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the 999a platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between 999a and each individual user. They apply to all services offered on 999a including casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, and slots. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. 999a reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on 999a. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will be merged, suspended, or permanently closed at 999a's sole discretion, with any associated balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 999a will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own failure to protect your credentials.

• You must notify 999a support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a breach of your security credentials.
• Account sharing, transferring of account ownership, or allowing third parties to access your account is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
• 999a reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. Players must submit valid government-issued identification, address proof, and payment method verification documents when requested.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

999a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved local payment channels. All financial transactions must originate from payment methods registered in your own verified name.

Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 999a does not accept third-party deposits or payments made on behalf of another individual under any circumstances.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits may be applied at 999a's discretion based on account tier and verification status.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are credited to a player's bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. • Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account or payment method under any circumstances.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating that distorts the outcome of games or sports markets offered on the platform.
